SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be shipped via Ground Shipping (1-3) business days, unless arrangement are made for faster shipping. A tracking number will be sent via email so you can easily track your package. In rare cases it might occur that we do not have the product(s) in stock. When this is the case we will send you an email giving you other options, and maybe a freebie for the trouble.

 

Our spores are 100% legal for research purposes in 47 states. California, Idaho and Georgia have laws prohibiting the sale, or possession of mushroom spores. No orders will be accepted from these locations. We source all our spores from around the world to provide the best products. This means every shipment is inspected by Customs, and approved for import. However do your own research, since we can't give advice about your exact location/situation.

 

We primarily use white mailer boxes, or bubble padded envelopes to ship your order securely, so 99.99% of the time this is not an issue, but if your spores are ever damaged during shipping, please email us at [email protected] with a photo, and order number of the damaged package within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the picture clearly shows any damage to package, and products. We will send you a replacement order free of charge. We want you to be happy with our products, and service!
